Coqui's Hideaway Rates & Terms
We have one rental unit, and it can be rented as either a 2 Bedroom / 1 Bath unit, or a 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath unit. The "2 Bedroom option" can accommodate up to 4 guests. The "3 Bedroom option" can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Length of Stay
- We have a 2-night minimum rental.
- The weekly rate is for a stay of seven consecutive nights.
Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in time is 3pm
- Check-out time is 10am

Taxes & Other Fees
- We are required to collect and remit a 7% Puerto Rico Tourist Room Rate Tax
The rates listed above do not include this tax - We require a refundable $250 Security/Damage deposit on all rentals
- We do not add on a cleaning fee, or other types of fees
Deposits, Payments & Reservations
- 50% of the total Rental Fee due on booking to hold the reservation
- Signed "Rental Agreement" required to hold the reservation
- Balance of Rental Fee plus $250 Security Deposit due 14 days prior to arrival (unless paying with personal check)
- Security Deposit is refundable after check-out
Cancellations & Refunds
- 100% refund 60+ days pre-arrival date
- 75% refund 45-59 days
- 50% refund 44-30 days
- 25% refund 29-14 days
Other Terms
- Smoking is only permitted outside
- No pets allowed

- Our Rates & Terms are subject to change without advance notice
- Rates are only guarenteed upon completion of the reservation process
- Deposit and booking will only be accepted when accompanied by a signed Vacation Rental Agreement.
