Length of Stay

• We have a 4-night minimum rental.
• The weekly rate is for a stay of seven consecutive nights.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in time is 3pm
• Check-out time is 10am

• Personal Checks (30+ days prior to arrival)

Taxes & Other Fees

• We are required to collect and remit a 7% Puerto Rico Tourist Room Rate Tax
  The rates listed above do not include this tax
• We do not add on a cleaning fee, or other types of fees

Other Terms

• Smoking is only permitted outside
• No pets allowed

Deposits, Payments & Reservations

• 50% of the total Rental Fee due on booking to hold the reservation
• Signed "Rental Agreement" required to hold the reservation
• Balance of Rental Fee plus 7% PR Room Tax is due 14 days prior to arrival (unless paying with personal check)
• In lieu of a security/damage deposit, we will place a "hold" (or "preauthorization") in the amount of $250 on your credit/debit card on the day of your check-in to cover any damages that you cause to our property during your stay

Cancellations & Refunds

• 100% refund of deposit 60+ days pre-arrival date
• 75% refund 45-59 days
• 50% refund 44-30 days
• 25% refund 29-14 days
• All cancellations will incur a 3.5% processing fee based on the deposit amount previously paid

• Our Rates & Terms are subject to change without advance notice
• Rates are only guarenteed upon completion of the reservation process
• Deposit and booking will only be accepted when accompanied by a signed Vacation Rental Agreement.
