Request a Reservation at
Coqui's Hideaway

Please follow these steps to request a Reservation:

  1. Check our Availability Calendar to see if we have an opening for your travel dates.
  2. Decide if you need 3 Bedrooms (maximum 6 Guests) or 2 Bedrooms (maximum 4 Guests).
  3. Review our Rates & Terms.
  4. Contact us for a rate quote for your specific travel dates.
  5. Review our FAQs or contact us to get answers to any remaining questions you might have.
  6. Once you have finalized your travel dates, obtained a rate quote from us, and have made a decision to stay here, contact us with your reservation information - either by completing the form below (preferred), or by emailing or calling us with all of the required info. This will prompt us to prepare your Vacation Rental Agreement.
  7. Complete the Vacation Rental Agreement that we send you.
  8. Sign your Vacation Rental Agreement electronically, or print out your Agreement, sign it, and fax (or scan/email) the signed Agreement back to us.
  9. Make your Reservation Deposit with your Credit Card or PayPal securely through our website.
  10. We will confirm your reservation once we receive your signed Vacation Rental Agreement and your Reservation Deposit.

How did you hear about us?

You can choose to receive your Vacation Rental Agreement on-line, as a PDF email attachment, or we can fax it to you. If you get your Agreement on-line, you will be able to "sign" it electronically. If we email or fax the Agreement, you will have to print it, sign it, and fax it back to us.

With this in mind, please choose one of the following:

I prefer to read the Agreement on-line and sign it electronically (this will be the easiest & quickest)

I prefer to receive the Agreement as a PDF file attached to an email message. I can open attached PDF files without a problem. I will print the Agreement, sign it & fax it back.
