Nestled in the lush foothills of the El Yunque National Forest in Rio Grande Puerto Rico, Coqui's Hideaway vacation rental offers adults and families a tranquil rainforest retreat, away from the crowds of the resorts and big city hotels. Our location, in the Luquillo Mountains in the north-east of Puerto Rico, offers the perfect combination of beach and rainforest vacations. We're minutes from world-class beaches and the El Portal Visitor Center in the national forest. And San Juan is just a short 45-minute drive using Route 66.

At Coqui's Hideaway, you can enjoy your vacation holiday in your own completely furnished 2 or 3 bedroom guest house with panoramic ocean views right from your private veranda. We offer many amenities, including a beautiful in-ground swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning throughout the house, washer/dryer, satellite TV, and complementary WIFI internet, all in an eco-oriented setting, with El Yunque as a backdrop.

Coqui's Hideaway is located on a 9-acre estate, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area, neighbored by other private "local" residences. You won't see other tourists. You won't see crowds. You won't hear traffic. You will enjoy the Puerto Rican countryside the way it was meant to be - falling asleep to the sounds of the Coqui, waking up to the sounds of roosters, and breathing in the crisp mountain air.

Hike in the El Yunque National Forest. Swim in a waterfall. Kayak in the Bioluminescent Bay. Wander the streets of Old San Juan. Catch a boat to one of the out-islands. Work on your tan. Shop 'til you drop. Try your luck at one of the casinos. Learn how to surf. Go horseback riding. Finish that book you've been reading. Go on a snorkel cruise. Or just lie by our pool and sip a Pina Colada. Do as much, or as little, as you like. It's your vacation. And you're on island time - with no US passport required.

As your hosts, we are here to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible.
